WHAT’S THE FELLOWSHIP ALL ABOUT?

The Framework Fellowship is designed for individuals in the nonprofit and social sector who want to become more capable leaders and are looking to shift the culture within their organizations. Through the Fellowship’s comprehensive 12-month course, you will develop new skills that will boost your professional effectiveness and improve your capacity to be an agent of social change. The program involves a mix of in-person and online sessions.

Throughout the Fellowship, you will develop a trusted network of peers from across Canada who move through the program together and who can provide advice and answers. Mentors and experts from across the country with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector will offer guidance and advice throughout the program.
